We do our best to package our boxes carefully to prevent damage, however things may happen during transit that are beyond our control. If you received a damaged item in your box, please don't hesitate to send us a message through the "Contact" section of the website or email us katie@myspiritualspark.com. We will be happy to send you a replacement for any damaged items.
Boxes cannot be returned once received but we are more than happy to replace any item that may have arrived damaged.
We're sad to see you go, but you can cancel or put your subscription on pause at any time.
Simply log in to your Spiritual Spark account and follow the on-screen prompts to Pause or Cancel your subscription. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (3 or 6 months) and have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your subscription it will be automatically canceled.
If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period, there is a cancellation fee of $42.99. You must cancel your subscription before the 25th of the month and all cancellation requests received after the 25th will apply to the following month renewal.
Please email us at katie@myspiritualspark.com if you need any support with updating your subscription status. All subscriptions automatically renew on the 25th of the month until paused or canceled.
One-time gift boxes are one of our best sellers, and your special someone is going to love getting their Spiritual Spark gift box delivered straight to their door!
To order a one-time gift box, there are two options. You can click the Subscribe Now for the Monthly Subscription Box and select the Gift Option checkbox for any of our subscription plans, but keep in mind the Month to Month option will continue to auto-renew until cancelled.
Another option is our one-time gift box (containing the same standard products every order). Simply click the Order Now button under the One-Time Gift Box product to send a one-time gift box to the recipient of your choice. Happy Gifting!
You will be billed for your first month at time of purchase. After your first month, you will be billed on the 15th of the month as as long as your subscription is active.
All plans automatically renewa at the end of the commitment period unless canceled.
